The Group meets on the first Saturday of each month from 1pm to 3.30 pm. The first half of the afternoon is a presentation. Topics are many and varied. Examples have been

After a break for coffee/tea and nibblies, it's Question and Answer time. Raise your computer related problems and the panel of experts will have an answer ready for you! The expert panel includes:

| Rojer Liberman | Group founder and dedicated computer expert. |
| Carrie Ewin | University Lecturer and Community Centre IT teacher, is a registered Psychologist, holds a Bachelor of Law and a PhD in Psychology. Carrie researches and lectures in Psychology at Deakin University. |
| Kathy Rouse | Media whiz located remotely in Queensland |
| Cheryl Ewin | Community Centre IT teacher who holds a Bachelor in Education, a Graduate Diploma of Professional Development and a Certificate IV in Information Technology (Networking). |
